They are especially polite and listen to your electronic concerns. There is a "will do" attitude and work ethic that will sure to amaze you. No longer will I be going to the big chain repair stores when I can get great customer service, repair, and all the new electronic fads that are coming out. AOTECH Computers are awesome!!!!! They are fast, well versed in computers and incredibly well priced. I work for a small floral design studio and our hard drive on our billing computer died. It is integral part of our business. The AOTECH computer guys were able come out to the studio the next day and check out the tower. They confirmed it was dead and took it back to their store. Despite the drive's age, intensive heat damage and years of dirt, they were able to retrieve all of our data. When I found out the cost, I was amazed. They are incredibly fair priced.
