I had nothing, I knew nothing. He taught me a skill that I could walk out the door with. I have practiced my craft and perfected my skill that has given me a lifetime of rewards. I have raised three children, own and operate my own Aveda salon that has been established for ten years, and I also teach in the barber/cosmetology dept. of our local technical college.
