I have been a loyal customer for many years. The staff is the main reason I keep coming back. From start to finish, I enjoy the personality and hospitality of my visit. Although I have noticed the Store Manager has not been in the store lately, I fear that may be bad for business. As a regular, I have seen the store at it's best, but in the last 2 weeks I've seen a drastic change. I will always continue to shop at Shady Grove, but the last few times I have been in, the store was out of common things and the store was not its cleanest. This is a Chevron and has a TCBY in it too. It sells yogurt cakes and pies and waffle cones and cups of yogurt. The peoples there are very nice. They also have a car wash. ...read more

I have been a Chevron customer since I bought my Hyundai in 2002. I live at Shady Grove and the Chevron at Shady Grove has a very friendly staff, it is clean, and is well stocked. You don't have to stand around waiting on the workers to get waited on you are in and out very quickly. ...read more
