As a AAA Premiere Member, I have had to call AAA at least 10 times to pick-up or fix a problem with my daughter's car. Everytime AAA sent Magnolia Wrecker and everytime the driver was nice and took care of her car like it was his own. He took the time to tell her with me on the phone what the problem was and recommended a mechanic for the job. The door on the car broke on one of these occasions and they fixed at their shop within a few hours and charged a very reasonable price. Today is april 2,2013 i brought my truck into this location and the service manager at this location told my husband and i it would only take 45 min to an hour for my truck to be finished well it took five and a half hours for my truck to be ready today is my birthday an now by me having to set in that cold building now i have a ear ake now I'm on my way to the ER that to u all this is the worst day for me i called the district manager mr. bob tewew and he was no help either i had to pay 473.00 and that was with a coupon that was sent to me in the mail after this experience at this store i will tell family friends coworkers how i was treated on today they call mr. bob back he wants to give me a free oil change really i will never an i mean never be back to any car care clinic ever.if there is anybody that know what i need to do other than going to the new please let me know by submitting a review ...read more

We bought 2 new tires from Capital in the fall. We knew them so it never occurred to us there might be an issue. Not 3 months in we get shaking then all of a sudden, boom: flat on Lakeland.
