I didn't get the serice I paid for. I was lied to.    I hired the firm for CPA representation for an IRS audit. A book-keeper represented me and my company; .  My audit lasted for months, files werenât prepared ahead or the IRS didnât understand  I was a business owner and not an employee.    Before hiring Eubank and Betts to represent me, they promiced the top CPAâs from the firm would represent me and meet with an IRS agent on my behalf.  The firmâs CPAâs had years of experience representing clients.   Though-out the four month audit I was told a CPA was representing me and had been meeting with the IRS agent on my behalf.  I have now found this isn't true and paid $20,000 for book-keeper representation.
