My wife and I have tried for weeks to rent a place to live from these guys. They approved our application the first day we submitted it and took our application fee with no complaints. For the next week, we were given the absolute run-around. Ken Broom speaks through proxies and refuses to have direct contact with his customers. We have called a dozen times to figure out when they will allow us to sign a lease - nobody has an answer. One rep, Aaron, implied over the phone that Ken is too busy with other higher-value sales to be bothered with us, so we are stuck at the bottom of the list. He went on to admit that he has no idea when we will be allowed to sign a lease because only Ken gives the approval for signing.
