As a professional person who is active in making and negotiating deals on a regular basis I find my experience at Butch Oustalet Mazda to be unacceptable. As another poor review on another website mentioned Butch Oustalet sales men are why "used car sales men have a bad name" concise and so true. Their prices were above MSRP and when confronted about it they continued to hold their ground that it was in fact MSRP - only later to reveal they had included the travel expenses to go and obtain the vehicle from another dealership. I'm certain that there were more hidden fees. Fees are expected, even justified. What is not is the complete lack of honesty, lack of willingness to negotiate, and simply waiting for a better sucker who won't question their unfair pricing that never mind market value doesn't even match up with factory issued Mazda vehicles. THE COMPANY OFFERS THESE LOANS BUT NEVER TELLS YOU THE TYPE OF COLATERAL THAT YOU WILL NEED, THEN THEY TAKE YOUR INFORMATION AND COMMIT YOU TO A LOAN THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE AND TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR COLLATERAL AT ANY TIME TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS. I am Amy's stepmother and I received a letter for her today in the mail and she no longer lives here. Amy moved away with new boyfriend cuz she got pregnant and she is somewhere in Canton, Ga and the town is called Ballground and staying with the Casey family. the boy name is Josh Casey. I just don't want any trouble here b-cuz I have a 15 yr old that dose not need to be in all of her troubles. She is not doing anything to help herself but get in trouble and is very disrespectful.
