I went into this center once to apply for a job. I was there quite some time filling out my application. I sat at a table and listened to the "baby teachers" chat on their cell phones while the babies sat in high chairs. This was during the normal nap time part of the day. I was in there well over 30 minutes and not once were the infants/toddlers removed from their high chairs. They did not have any toys or any food on their tray. They were just sitting there. The teachers were chatting and hanging out and talking on their phones...some were just sitting, not doing anything.
