Their service was unprofessional at best. They didn't provide the obituary and registry online, as stated. They kept sympathy cards belonging to the family. They were late bringing the deceased to the viewing before the service. My poor mother was absolutely stressed, and has expressed immense displeasure with them, and let her feelings known to them.
