After buying tile, the installer came to install. He was short on the tumbled 4"stone that we used instead of bullnose, this is what they suggested at the store. The store told us how much we needed. The installer had to make 2 more trips to the store because it was out of stock (65 miles) round trip. I had 2 full boxes of 12x12 tile left over. When I returned it to the store it was discontinued and they would not take it back. The tile was great, the bathroom looks amazing. A "Customer Service" attitude is lacking and the buisness seems to be disorganized. If I was the installer, I dont think I would recommed using BJ's, it cost him money with all the trips to pick up materials that they figured. ...read more
