When I arrived for a basic waxing service, they told me one price. Then when I went to pay for it, they charged me $10 more than the agreed upon price (I was very clear that as long as the cost of the service was $30, that would be fine). In addition, I had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen when there were only three other customers in the salon (it was not a busy day). Overall, there are so many nail/waxing places in this area, I don't see any reason to feel taken advantage of by coming here. I've had way better service other places! ...read more
