I had a bday part planned for today may 17th 2014.. they came out at party time and said that the moom bouncr wouldn't fit in my yard. This is after we'd already discussed measurements and confirmed everything was a go. So we agreed to do it on our back yard which is bigger. He agreed but said he needed to get something from their center first. Needless to say, he never came back.. instead he explained that it didnt make sense for them to come back and they'd rather refund us. HUH!!??!?!?! House full of kids with nothing to do. They were not apologetic and was very insensitive to the inconvenience. We didnt want a refund. We needed intertainment for our kids bday party.
