Moving America

Moving America was truly great. I first called and got no answer but within five minutes my phone rang and they were calling me back! Within ten minutes I had nice conversation and a quote. The best thing I noticed about them in their timing. They set a schedule and they actually stuck with it. The moving crew arrived a few minutes early (which was fine because our contract was for a flat price, not hourly), packed everything efficiently, and met me at my new place on time. The truck ended up having problems parking in front of the drop off place but the driver really knew how to handle it. I have to give a special mention to the foreman. He worked tirelessly and really helped me out a lot. All of my belongings arrived intact and I wasn’t charged any extra.

I’m always skeptical of moving companies (as you all should be too) but these guys were great.

This guy never acknowledge any email I sent him after I paid the deposit. They lost 3 of my boxes broke my smart tv, crystal, all my dishes, china, bike, entertainment centers, lamps, picture frames, and the list keeps going on and on. And now all they want to pay me is $60. I would take me minimal $1200 to replace what they destroyed and loss plus the overcharges.

They give you a quote and once they come to pick up and then deliver your items they change prices. The guys they use don't even speak English and you are asked to pay cash and once you give them the cash they said you didn't give them what you already give them to scam you of more money.
