Review of Mortgage Relief Solutions

I began corresponding with Mortgage Relief Solutions back in July 2014 after exploring sale opens of my home in lieu of a potential relocation with my company. I was not behind on payments or financial unstable but I was seeking a fairly easy way of getting out of my home quickly without have to put the home up for sale through a Realtor or renting the home to tenants. After doing research I felt that Mortgage Relief Solution offered me that outlet. I worked with Eric Brown throughout the process and he was very cooperative and answered all of my questions assuring me of the following "We take over the property, deal with maintenance, insurance, mortgage payments, upkeep, tenants, etc. while the property is being marketed. The process was very simple, I completed a POA for which was sent to my lender so that Mortgage Relief Solutions can act on my behalf and I signed what was described as a Trust Agreement to transfer ownership. Within a months time I was packing up and moving out. Red flags started to go up only 2 months after turning over my home to Mortgage Relief Solutions where the mortgage had not been paid and the lender was contacting me. It went downhill from there, they made maybe two mortgage payments with back and forth emails of me demanding action and answers with very little cooperation. They informed me that they found tenants for the house but payments were still outstanding on the account and we were now in March of 2015. In April they put me in contact with a Constance Salas that was supposed to be a resolution Manager. She suggested that I file a forbears e with me my lender after I conveyed to her how outraged I was that paymaster ts were missed and my credit had taken a hard hit and I declined. They again assured me that the payments would be made and in June of 2015 payments were posted to the account. At the time I was not aware that the payments were not sufficient to cover the outstanding balance since the collection calls and notifications from the lender stopped. It wasn’t until earlier this month I received a letter via certified mail that my house was scheduled for foreclosure due to over 6 months of outstanding payments on the account. I have endless emails and text messages of me trying to resolve this matter with Mortgage Relief Solution but they have done nothing to rectify the matter. My credit is now ruined and my home was in Jeopardy of foreclosure.
