Monarch Dental

My recent visit was a great experience. This visit was the first time I had work done at Monarch Dental. The office ensured I was taken care of. In the future, I will definitively return to the office.

Have generally been pleased with Monarch & really appreciate that they are affiliated with most dental plans.

You're better off going somewhere else. I've been going to this Monarch Dental for a few years now and have never been called back for my appointment any sooner than an hour after what I'd scheduled. I tolerated it for convenience's sake since they were close by and familiar (and let's face it, most dental offices usually have a longer waiting time), but I had a minor appointment with them to have three small cavities filled and I ended up being there six hours (11:30am to 5:30pm). Most of that entire visit was waiting and being moved from lobby to dentist chair and back again three times, the rest of it was spent having my teeth re-numbed because I kept getting abandoned long enough for my nerves to re-sensitize. I called in to complain the next day and was treated courteously and apologetically by the assistant manager, but when forwarded to the manager she was absolutely hostile.

If for some reason you enjoy getting the run-around for six hours, politely complaining to the manager and having her pull excuses from everywhere possible and treat you as if you're a liar just trying to waste her time, then I guess this would be the place for you. Personally, I want that six hours of my life back.

This is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever seen. There are 2 ladies who make appointments for kids and you could never reach them. They call you the night before your appointment to verify your appointment and then would cancel your appointment 30 minutes before your are due. On the top of it they would not reschedule you because the 2 ladies are not there to confirm a new appointment.
Think twice before you waste your time and money.
