The venue is beautiful, but definitely not worth the money they charge you for it if you are looking for pleasant, polite, and accomodating people to work with. The owners of this chapel yelled at my photographers, were irritated to have to open the chapel to allow my parents to see it before the wedding, and basically refused to work with other vendors. The only stress and tears shed during my engagement were spent over these ridiculously rude people! Also, be advised that their website advertises a baby grand piano, but what they actually have is an electric keyboard that does not work correctly. The owners clearly do not enjoy what they do--and it's not worth the stress. Find another venue where the customer service is good and pay way less than what this place will charge you! ...read more

Although the chapel and reception were beautiful, the service provided was HORRIBLE!!! Lady was very rude to guest and twofaced to the bridal party. We heard so many stories of rude things that were said to the guest. I cannot imagine how someone could act like this when running a business. For example: She told our guest "the bride and groom didn't have enough money so we had to ration the food. You can only have one of this food". The lady was even given extra money the night of the wedding to ensure everyone had enough food to eat. However, she was still rude and making unacceptable comments to guests. The DJ (her son) yelled at the guest at one point in an effort to get attention which was very unacceptable and shocking. Besides the rude service, owners are very strict. Seems like we were always doing something wrong, especially at the rehersal and reception. "Don't do that, dont stand there, you cant move that, no touching that".
