I needed a spot for my small business, a type of warehouse because I outgrew my garage. The manager there was very helpful, she put me in a unit, if I had a shipment she accepted it for me, I have 24-7 access. The manager lives on site. I love the gate and that it is a secure location and when the flood waters rose in Valley Park, the water never even came close to the facility let alone my unit.
