DISGUSTED & REVOLTED: To say the least! I shopped for a few weeks for an entire bedroom set. Came to a decision to purchase locally; unfortunately, the reputable Union Furniture was out of my budget ): I ordered & PAID for a (6) piece bedroom set In late February 2010 & it was promised in 4-6 weeks! After 8-weeks went by, I had to call to find out that it may be an additional 2-weeks - after that I had to call again - needless to say --- IT'S JUNE 4, 2010 AND STILL NO FURNITURE --- STILL NO PHONE CALL -- every time I CALL they tell me 2 more weeks. Then had the audacity to offer me free delivery 3 miles away, which, I had to beg for. Everytime I call to speak to one of their: staggering, repulsive, and absolutely horrendous staff, I get more angry. Seriously, people - YOU WONDER WHY YOU ARE BARELY IN BUSINESS! The store manager is well aware of my sabbatical buch chooses to delegate the problem thru one of her superb customer service reps - WOMAN, you should be ashamed: "Whatever you do will be insignificant, but it is very important that you do it". Mahatma Gandhi - even if it's properly ordering & delivering my BED, I was promised !! Hope the owners recognize before she sinks their ohhhh so crafy ship !!
