Ian Chalmers, owner of Smiletech, has an extensive criminal history. He's a liar and a (convicted) thief with anger managerment issues. His lab is dirty and not up to code. His building isn't zoned right. His work is poor quality and it's frequently late. When you quit using this lab he will get drunk and go online posting nasty statements about you on your professional listings. It's only a matter of time. We are currently offering school sports physicals for $10. Our physician is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday by appointment. We haven't raised our price for sports physicals in over five years and have no plans to do so.We also offer physicals for Mighty Mites football every year.
