They should tell you on the phone that they don't really do paintless dent removal. They claim to remove "door dings," but couldn't find an example of a "ding" small enough on my 2001 Toyota. Wasted my time and theirs! They could give an example of "ding" diameter over which they can't remove paintless. Before and After photo on their website leads one to believe they can work miracles... When the car was brought in to be repaired, they cleaned the whole entire car and got all the tar off of it. They made it look so nice inside and out, which they did not have to do.
