I really enjoyed playing at Bordertown Casino. The employees are the greatest! They all have wonderful customer service skills and make you feel so at home. The food was good in the restuarant and I got some really nice things out of the gift shop. My sister went with me and played Bingo while I played the slots and she said it was so much fun! i was sitting at the 5 dollar one by the window at the time of the hot seat drawing. the machine just spun red and i had waited for the numbers to come up on the line and they did not give me the reward for the hot seat because the machine was not spinning. I'm sorry you don't keep pushing the bet bar when playing the 5 dollar machine. my card and money was in the machine. i feel this was wrong. then after that we were being watched. the whole time we were there. we spend thousands of dollars there. this was very wrong and rude of you all. we were very uncomfortable after that. you guys were in the wrong. i have never felt this way there until today. i hope something is done about this. most of everyone know us by name. so you can see why i felt this way. i hope to hear from you all. thanks mary ...read more

This restuarant, is AMAZING. They have a wide Variety of Breakfast, LUnch and dinner. Ranging from Spanish Omlete to a Great Authentic Korean dish. THe owners wife is from Korea, and its amazing good. Also did i mention their burgers our half pounders? Try finishing the Triple jalepeno Pepperjack Burger, get ur name on the wall...
