Since this place has changed hands and is no longer affiliated with SSM and Dr. Albus (who I have seen in the past) has left, the quality has drastically fallen. Individual patient abilities are not taken into consideration, billing staff is rude, atmosphere is not as friendly. Will not go back here again for treatment. ...read more

Due to Dr. Richard Parcinski DO great diagnosic abilities, he has been able to diagnose all of my illnesses over the last twenty years that I have been his patient. The last illness he caught luckily in time which was a clogged artery. With out him finding this and sending me to the correct vascular surgeon I would of had a full blown stroke. He has always through the years listened to my problems and immediately took action to get the care I needed. Dr. Parcinski DO has taking extreme measures from calling my insurance company to calling other doctors to assure that I had the proper care. He always calls to make sure everything went okay or to give me results of tests. In my years of being with Dr. P I have always had the best care possible you could ever want. Frist off I would like to repute any and all negitve, ill comments pertaining to Dr. Richard E. Parcinski D.O. F.C.C P. or his general pratice. I have known Dr. Parcinski for many years, dating back to 1998. My wife and I at that time moved to St. Charles, Mo. and needed to find a Pulmonary Doctor, as my wife had breathing problems. All during the time we have lived in St. Charles, Mo. Doctor Parcinski has taking care of many different illness', including was the first to find that my wife, at the time, had developed Lung Cancer. Dr. Parcinski followed the Oncologist each and every day, week and the months to come, on her treatments, until the day she passed away in 2006. Since I remained in St. Charles, Mo. I have continued to see Dr. Parcinski on a regular bases. In my own opinion, Dr. Parcinski has taken his time and used his experience as well as his education to help me and thounsands of people in our time of need. He has also taken the time to do follow up exams, to ensure that we were well.
