It was horrible last night. I had an appointment last night at 6:30 with Anthony. I won't say his last name. When we got there, he had a hard time remembering who I was, even though I talked to him that morning. He was waiting on someone else and I was okay with that but I thought we would be next since we did have that appointment. He would not acknowledged that we were even there, he took a young girl after that and just ignored us, no eye contact, just like we were not there. WE waited 45 minutes with no customer service, he was very rude to us. We just left then, I will never go back to that Sprint Store ever. Not even bad service, it was like NO SERVICE.
