These stores keep popping up around town. They are by far the worst gas stations. I am stuck going to the one in Mid Rivers the most. Every time you go into the place, there is a very elderly person running the store. None of the items in the store use bar codes so they have to fumble their way through a computer they already don't know how to use to find your item. What is a less then 1 minute in and out at a QT or ANY OTHER gas station is a 5 minute ordeal at the Thoele "Convenience" store. No matter who is working, they can never find the item OR they have no idea what the item is. Very good...you work in a store and have no idea what you sell. What is even better, this company has no website. If you do search the internet for it, you will find that the parent company is Citgo, but when you go to Citgo's website, there is nothing there about it. I try to avoid these places as much as possible, but sometimes I get stuck going to them. After tonight, I am done. I would encourage everyone else to do the same. I mean they still have old credit card machines that have to dial out every time you swipe a card so that is just that more time wasted in the store. If you want liquor, you have to wait for the elderly worker to find the key, walk over to the cabinet while you remind them a dozen times what it is that you want. Then go through the whole process of them not knowing what it is and then trying to find it in the computer that they again don't know how to use. It isn't just one worker.
