I opened my business in 2008. It had been a long-term goal to open my own business and after many years of planning I was able to find the right location. The location is great for my business - it's close to Bevo mill and has plenty of convenient parking. The best part about my business is working with customers and really taking good care of all of their vehicle concerns without making them feel like they have been taken to the cleaners. The biggest pet pieve that I have is, repair facilities that only see a customer as a dollar sign when they come in the door.  Especially women.  Most places think that women are nieve and will authorize whatever repair they are told is needed. In good concience,I cannot and will not do that. It's not fair to the customer.
