After discussing with multiple body shops around the STL area, I ended up taking my very hail damaged car to West County Auto. The owner, Rob, was honest and upfront from the very beginning, even suggesting I look into the value of the car and whether it was worth repairing. I felt he was looking out for my best interest, not just trying to gain business. They did an amazing job on the entire car with PDR and I am very pleased. They mis represent the condition of the vehicles they sell on e bay and when you get it delivered you find it needs thousands in repairs just to make it safe to drive.The car I bought was advertised as dealer owned and maintained. When it was delivered I found out the whole front end was shot including brakes, shocks, tie rods and ends. The front bumper was held together with bailing wire. There was a broken engine mount and that's just for starters.Buy from them and get ready to be screwed royally. ...read more
