I bought some sandals at this St. Louis Galleria Walking Company. I liked them a lot and wanted to order another pair, but the person on the phone would not take my order on the phone, saying that I would have to come in in person to order.Sorry to say that I ordered them on-line at Zappos, with free delivery. So this store missed out on an order and business. Help me to understand why a store will not take an order on the phone with a credit card, as millions of businesses do daily....??
