Flame Masters Catering

Flame Masters provided the lunch service at my job via their food truck therefore I was already familiar with the menu. I selected them for my anniversary party because of past experiences. Where do I start? First the pricing was not an arm & a leg unlike other quotes. Second the dinner service went off without a hitch. Pros: They arrived ahead of time, set the equipment up fast and quickly served the food. Our entrees were the tuscan salmon and tuscan herb roasted chicken. They both we very juicy and full of flavor. They actually tasted more on the Italian side but that was fine with me because they were still very good. There was plenty of food for everyone and I received many compliments. I suggest the tuscon herb roasted chicken. They're my new favorite flavor. Tastes like angels dancing on my tounge. Cons: i didn't like the black dinner plates. I suggest another color. ...read more

Lona's Little Eats is the newest obsession for me for two reason: Outstanding Service and Amazing Food. The service was impeccable. The entire staff was very friendly and humble, which made it feel like one of the small local diners back from my hometown. The food. Oh my goodness, the food. The quality and presentation of their food was akin to something I might fan in a stylish downtown restaurant, but with very impressive portion sizes.
