Love the facility. Everything you could want great activities, equipment and location. One big disappointment was Kidszone. We were new members and the staff at Kidzone made us feel like aliens. No one greeted us or even asked our kid's name they just stared at us. Awful!! I couldn't workout for feeling uncomfortable about my kid being in there with people so unfriendly to kids or new members. So I cut my workout short. Not sure if we were treated this way because we are new members, African American or they just suck. Either way I wouldn't suggest leaving your kid there. My daughter hated it but is normally friendly to strangers and says hi to almost anyone meets. ...read more
