I had a great experience with this company. The appraiser was very professional in every aspect of the job. Completed the inspection and returned to our mortgage company in a timely manner. I received an appraisal from them that was very low. They were selected by a "blind draw" for my refinance. I have tried to call them and left several messages to review my appraisal. It has been about a week and I have heard nothing. The phone number is residential and some one elses voice mail is recorded, or is switches me to another number where no one answers. ...read more
