returning back to school in august of 2010 I needed a lap top ASAP on a fixed income I decided to go to NRO near my home everything was going great I'm working two jobs and going back to school some time I recieved a reminder called about my payment but it was put throught door before I started my day getting to my issue 02/16 I had an incident I was rushed to the hospital and car was left unlock personal belongings and lap tap was taken out of my car a police report was taken so I called the store one clerk explained if I had the police report number every thing was taken care and I wasn't lieable he even offered to pick up report from my home so I left it in the mail box he never picked it up so my daugher put back in house he called so my daughter toke report number to store was told thats not acceptable he need the actually report and he told me I am still lieable to pay until he receives the actual police report when other clerk told me I was not lieable and could get another one ...read more

If I could I would have given the place ZERO stars but the system will not allow me to do so! I agree with the previous poster. They have atronomical prices! and prey on the poor. I say prey on the poor rather than help the poor because if they really wanted to help they would work with you so that you can pay for your merchandise in a timely fashion and treat their customers with dignity and respect. However, when you walk in the store it may take 20 minutes before you some one even acknowledges your presence in the store. I have literally walked in the place and it is EMPTY and it took 22 minutes before some even look up from their computers long enough to say hello. I am having some financial issues and the 2ND day I was late I started getting harrassing phone calls about how I was going to be charged with a FELONY!!! All honesty, that makes me not even want to pay them... I HATE THIS PLACE. I regret EVER doing business with them. ...read more
