The service may be fast but the quality of service is very poor. I filed my tax return with Asian Services and they neglected to include a necessary form regarding my health insurance. About two months after Asian Services filed my return I received a letter from the IRS asking me to complete a form that should have been sent in with the initial filing. My return has already been delayed for 2 months and, now, thanks to Asian Services it will be another 6-8 weeks before I receive my refund. A friend of mine used a free online tax service and when even they included the form that Asian Services neglected to send to the IRS resulting in a tax delay for me. I had a great experience here. The guy is fast, knows what he is doing and is extremely nice and curtious. He gets people in and out quickly. It's obvious English is not his primary language, but I could understand him fine. It's definitely geared towards Asian-Americans and Bosnian-Americans. I don't know H ...read more
