How I wish I could give this place negative stars. I am over 40 years old and I have NEVER experienced customer service this HORRIBLE from ANY service industry. Credit Unions are supposed to be awesome alternative to big banks, apparently this place didn't get the memo.\t\n\t\nI sent NUMEROUS e-mails about serious issues and NEVER received a single response. What the Hell? Who runs a business this way. A manager, named Jeff, actually had the audacity to shut down my bill pay after I took issue with being billed a fee for the service. It used to be that you could bank here in a friendly environment. This has now changed. Their new goal is to sell you more services. They also base employee reviews and incentives on how well they sell extra services. Management wasn't interested in hearing customer views that they should change their policy.
