The vans/vehicles are extremely dirty and the drivers are missing more teeth than they have. The drivers have no uniforms and are allowed to wear clothing with holes and rips that look dirty. They make up pricing for many of their customers based on made up reasons and billing is poor at best. The owner, Brent Fiers, has been known to tell difficult customers to F*** off.
