He to took me for $5000 thousand the counter tops did not fit, my stove would not fit , one counter top was on crooked and you could see all the seams. One side of the counter top was a different size than the other side, I have a drop in their for stove could not slide back in. He wanted to cut one side out I said no it would not match the other side. He could not fix them and make them look right and refused to refund our money......! I think we should find everyone who he screwed and file a class action lawsuit. ...read more

I worked for an organization as an employee, not a cleaning company, some years back. We had a good (not great) cleaning company on site. While there wasn't a lot of consistent cleaning needed during business hours, our VP decided that our maintenance and grounds person could do these tasks. Wrong!!! Having someone come in at the end of day, each day, to remove trash, refill napkin and toilet paper and wiping down important areas is crucial. In other words, the smart thing to do would not be to completely term your contract for janitorial services, but instead to modify it according to the needs of the business. A good cleaning company should be able to speak to this and save his/her contract. As a professional cleaner with over 15 years of combined residential and commercial cleaning and as a former Operation's Manager for Jani-King, I have a trained eye when it comes to cleaning. Merely walking through the door of any company, I immediately and unconsciously zero end on cob webs, dirty baseboards, smears on glass partitions.
