If it were possible I would give this store a negative star. My daughter got a shirt from her aunt for christmas. It was the wrong size. I didn't have the receipt but we went in to EXCHANGE it not return it. We were told that the store was out of that particular shirt and had been for a couple of days. We were then told that that particular shirt had gone on sale at 50% off the morning we came in and that they could only give us the 50% off price. Now I understand the reason for this but we could no have purchased the shirt at the 50% off price if they were out of it for two days prior. When I tried explaining this to the store manager she didn't get it and was very rude. I also purchased another shirt at the same time. I tried to explain to her I wanted to purchase the extra shirt and exchange the other one. She cut me off mid sentence told me to be quiet and then got mad when I came back with a snide comment. To whom it may concern: Just wanted to let you know that we were in your store last weekend to get our grandson a new pair of boots. Not once did anyone (3 ladies at the counter) come to offer help. When we were checking out I asked that person TWICE if she would check the fit of the boots on him and she basically ignored my question both times and did nothing. We have always been satisfied with your store in the past (we buy several pair of boots each year) but may have to see what Vanderbilts has to offer. ...read more

A new store to the area for about 2 years I think and it has grown. I am always kept interested by the new styles and /or designs they will have. Their staff seems pleasant as though they enjoy working there for the most part. I have had a few times where not so much unfortunately but nothing is perfect in the world so since my overall experience with this store is a good one I recommend anyone who wants great value with a different style topped off with a smile! ...read more
