Sorry to hear consumers are still getting taken by this company. We purchased a pool in1994. At that time there was not a complaint listed with the bbb. When we opened the pool in Sp '95 the skirt was cracked in 3 corners. We were told by Richardet that concrete cracks and that he did nothing wrong. After much conversation and many threats Richardet finally agreed to replace only the corners leaving differeent colored concrete. The next year a corner of the pool raised up 2.5 inches. 7 years, tons of aggravation and expense including a lawsuit under the bridge and we were thru. If anyone out there wants to follow-thru with the attorney general let me know. I can't believe he's still out there. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS PERSON or any company he represents. ...read more

Do not do business with this company! Our huge down payment (25K) was required to order our pool from Viking. The order was never made, and now Ken doesn't have the money to pick up another pool I persuaded Viking to build for us. Our money is gone, where and what he used it on, we have no idea.
