Worst customer service ever. They charged me $70 for a Diagnostic test that had the same information on it as the emissions test that they had just run on my car. They did add an additional part as a necessary replacement although the part wasn't bad. After a friend pointed out that this part wasn't bad, they stated that it was simply a 'suggestion'. I think they should have been more specific although there was no paperwork to be specific on. I got a receipt for my $70. Autozone's free diagnostic tests at least give you some paperwork. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that I knew nothing about car repair and I was probably lying about how useful the test was. Riiiiiight. The owner really argued vehemently with me about returning my money so I guess he needs it more than I do.
