They need to be shut down. I own a 03 SVT focus and it went in for a knocking on the transmission. the charged well over a 1500 and replaced the slave cylinder. Well 75 miles (I am not lying) the transmission went out because what I thought was the slave cylinder again. They would not touch it unless I was ready to anty up at least $5000.00 for the transmission work! so the car sat for a year and I finally got all the parts to have another certified mechanic look at it and do the repairs. (Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield.) So I had the Focus towed there and come to find out They sold me the wong Input shaft, shifter cablesSlave cylinder and Master cylinder. They obviously cannot read or do not know what a VIN number is. Well come to find out the first time they worked on my car they put the pressure plate in BACKWARDS! I cannot make this up.
