We have dealt with World Finance for many years and have built a good relationship with them. They are always polite and professional with us and we truly appreciate that. We have been late a few times but when I call in to explain they are always understanding about my situation. OK, now I admit that World Finance is not patient when it comes to being late on payments. However they do have some really nice employees. I absolutely love Monica and Patsy. These people harass you if your payment is one day late. Most companies will give you a 10 day grace period, not them. I was not working and on maternity leave and couldn't make my payment right away. They came banging on my door which is 25 miles from their office. Then they send me notices in the mail saying I can get cash now and refinance my loan!! HAHA yeah right Im not going through you again! They are very rude in the office as well, acting like you are less than them because you need a loan. I will NEVER EVER go back to them again. And I refuse to let any of my family or friends go to them either. I do not recommend this company at all if they were the last source of money on this earth. ...read more
