I love this store. HOWEVER, one caveat: TWICE when I shopped there and used my credit/debit card to pay, they charged my card TWICE for the same amount (last time was $222.90!!!) So, when I bought $222.90 of groceries, I got TWO Charges $445.80!!!!!!! LUCKILY I had enough in my bank to cover that. BOTH Times, I called them & they were sorry, & "the money will post back to my account in a few days"! The people in the store always nice when I called to gripe about being charged TWICE, but at the same time, they DO NOTHING! I explained that "if" I hadn't had enough money to cover it, I'd be out a lot of "fees". All she had to say was "The money will be posted back to you in a few days". She also said that has happened "a few times" before -- I wonder if the other "victims" had enough money to cover it, or if they had to pay lots of BANK FEES??? On the other hand, if you want to pay with cash or write a check, then by all means, do go shopping there! You'll love the "bargains". ...read more

Country Mart is an amazing store. Great people work there and the store manager is great! The employees are very nice and have a wonderful memory if u shop there all the time. they get to know you and learn more and more about you everytime you shop there. They have the best meat and produce in town. Overall better than any store in Rolla in my opinion. Every once and awhile there are cashiers who are rude but most of them are the teenagers who really don't want to be there and don't know how rude they are being. But they are many there who are great including Sarah, Sierra, Carol, and Shelby who are very nice and beautiful ladies who truly care and want to be there. Also in the meast department there are people who want to help you with any needs like Jeff, Jim and Marcus. produce has a great manager Nic and so does dairy. ...read more

Country Mart isn't a terrible store. The prices aren't insanely high, though they are high. However, what keeps me from shopping their often is how rude the cashiers are. They rarely say hi, and become very bitter and angry when you use reusable shopping bags. Overall, pretty bad experience. ...read more
