Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning - Closed

My review is primarily based on the customer service I received from the office. It was horrible. They were rude, and refused to work with me. I schedualed an appointment to clean my house that im getting ready to sell. so its empty....easy job, right! I paid full price for a large living room, stairs, hallway, two bedrooms with little closets, big master bedroom, and walk in closet. Over 200 dollars. When they got to the house they refused to clean a 3ft by 3ft area in front of the sink in the master bedroom, unless i paid 15 dollars. This area is part of the master bedroom! They refused to finish the job unless I made the payment first. That is unless i didnt want them to clean it....The carpets look great, but their a lot of other companies that can clean carpets, and can also give good customer service. I will never use Sears for this service again. ...read more
