Hughes Kimberly S

I recently hired Kimberly Hughes to represent me. When I called for my consultation, I had specific concerns regarding my professional field and she assured me that she had experience with my concerns. After I hired her and we progressed, it was made clear to me that she was dishonest and was not knowledgeable about my professional field in relation to my case. When I tried to call her to discuss my case, she would frequently interrupt me when I was talking anticipating what I was going to ask or say and I found her difficult to have a conversation with. She also requested that I research certain things and provide them to her, which I found to be extremely unprofessional since I was paying for her services. During my hearing she came across as nervous, passive and seemed to extremely lack confidence. I also never got the impression that she believed my version of what had happened and as a result did not try very hard to make a case or insist that certain evidence be reviewed immediately or taken into account. I feel like I received the bare minimum for my money, and I do not recommend her to anyone seeking legal representation. ...read more
