I like living in the duplex that I rented from them. It was in a quiet neighborhood. I never had any problems getting them to fix things. I wish there were screens on the windows, but I just bought the sizable ones from Walmart since they wouldn't replace them. I honestly think that as long as your rent is being paid on time and taking care of the property, the landlords are fabulous. Anytime I had a problem they came over within 24 hours. ...read more

The only reason I would give them a 1 star is because the landlord was reasonable with pets. But since I moved in 10 months ago, I've had several things go wrong and it took an act of Congress to get him to fix it. He doesn't return calls timely. He has a handyman only, who can't even make decisions. Won't put screens on windows. Took 2 weeks to get an electrician to fix several outlets downstairs.
