We have been eating at Lai Lai in Monett ever since I was pregnant with my 1st child and she is now 12 years. That place is great, we are never disappointed. They have a great variety of stir fry ( my fav) , egg drop soup, chicken on a stick that is excellent, of course cashew chicken, milky shrimp (sounds icky but actually very addictive) shrimp scampi (yum, yum) and a ton of other great food. There is actually so much good food you can't try it all in one sitting. I have driven from Springfield and Branson both (before Hollister location, soon to try) anyhow I have driven to Lai Lai to eat instead of the town I was in.
