Greg, (the owner) needs help with his customer service, as well as the need to understand that even though he works closely with the law, that he is NOT law enforcement. Under Missouri Revised Statute Chapter 304 section 157.1 NO towing company can impound a vehicle from private property without legal authorization from local or state law enforcement.
