I called this firm, because of their location, to get an estimated price for a ticket. The secretary was rude, he did not know where the town was (it is a town 7 miles north of Liberty) and he was not able to count 5 days accurately. In fact, I am not sure he quoted me correctly. I infact, did not use this firm and will never use this firm in the future. When I call a business of any sort, I expect to speak to someone who is kind, interested in customer service and has the ability to speak to me in a way that leads me to believe my situation will be taken care of. I thought this lawyer was on my side but I quickly found out that she is what I refer to as a "WALLET LAWYER". She doesnt mind charging you alot of money for every detail This lawyer clearly does not like to represent men, Im guessing its a personal issue resulting from personal inadequacies. Ms Bolstad often butts in while you are talking and is extremely rude.I have personally overheard her discuss other cases openly to others, which is breaking confidentuality.
