Had my screen to my tablet replaced. It broke on its own. He says glass doesn't break on it own. I have seen car windshields break for no reason. I have had my tablet in a case which I showed the owner.I didn't drop the tablet. I did not break the screen. It broke on it's own. The owner insisted I did break it when I did not. I paid for the repair on 10/13/14. The owner gave me a 1 year warranty for the screen. He is refusing to honor the warranty by replacing the screen. ...read more

Computer Life is a great place to take your computer if you don't know the "how's" and "why's" about how your computer really works. Their staff enjoys teaching you about what is going on with a repair and it really engenders a sense of trust. If there was a neg. star I would us it for sure. Went into their shop and the three guys in there had no idea what was going on. I have been in the computer field for 30+ years and never once seen a shop run this way at all. If you in my own thoughts you go in there and do not know what to expect to pay or expect for service and want unprofessional service this is the place for you. I will not recommend this place to anyone for sure! There are several other shops around town to use if you need assistance or items that is for sure!!
