This company built our home when they were known by another name, FPC. They never finished going through our checklist of things that needed repaired, as well as many other homeowners in our development and ended filing bankruptcy as FPC and starting over as Pycior & Co. We've had multiple issues with the quality and construction of our home which are not covered by a home warranty or our home owners insurance. Unfortunately, the company and it's owner washed their hands of us and will not return calls or emails. My advice is to stay far away from this company. They're like many other builders/developers that change names every few years after filing bankruptcy, but still continue to operate with a different name, but disregarding the customers from their previous company. We now potentially have mold in our walls from the improper soffit vent installation and lack of circulation in our attic which has caused too much condensation.
