This law firm, especially Shannon Spence is worthless! Don't use them even if they are your last resort. The senior partner and Shannon don't have any real world experience and don't personally care about their clients. Shannon only cares about getting paid and will do the least amount of work possible. The price you pay for the service you receive with this group is unreal. If you don't mind being promised the world and getting nothing but a big bill to show for it, than this group is for you. My emails were repeatedly ignored even though I was told to use that mode of communication. My phone calls were blocked by the bull dog office manager that never actually let me talk to the lawyer that I hired. And to top it off I was handed a huge bill three days before my paperwork was to be signed and set in to the court with a note saying pay in full for your matter to be complete. Poor communication skills, had no motivation to pursue case in a timely matter, even though all legal fees were paid up front. Will probably be filing an official complaint with the MO Bar Assoc, and will never give a recommendation for this attorney. ...read more
